Thank you for shopping at Our Mother Daughter Boutique! We really appreciate your business. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Our Mother Daughter Boutique, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to a OMDB gift card.

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Shipping

When will I receive I package?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-4 business days to ship to most addresses in the Us and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will start at $4.50 if all your items are small and can fit in a 4 x 6 package. All other shipping will be calculate by item. 1 item 6.75 2 items 7.75 3 items 8.75 and so on as the items add up. We will not charge you more than $15 even after adding up multiple orders. Please be aware that these shipping rates can change.
